Wheres the multitasking support on iPad? That would be so useful

Hey will you be updating the app to support Apple Watch???

I recently "upgraded" from the Harmony One remote, which was the best remote harmony has made. Unfortunately the touchscreen display failed. I thought for sure Harmony would continue to innovate and provide a top rate product, so I purchased the "Harmony Ultimate Home" which comes with a wifi/ir/Bluetooth hub. The only way to program, modify the settings on the remote is through the iOS app, which has to connect to the server every step of the way, and is incredible slow and far more frustrating than the good old fashioned way using a USB and programming by computer. Also there are additional settings for the touch screen that can only be programmed on the remote itself. It all seems far too convoluted compared to the old set up. If your thinking of upgrading, be careful...

TEST this thing! Each and every update fixes one thing … breaks 100! With ecobee3, on iPad I can change the metric to “C” .. on iPhone there is no damn way to switch from F to C. TEST this thing or close your little shop and don’t waste people’s money and time! Bug fixes as of April 13, 2016? NONE! Still same silly issues ….

No keyboard on the app... Completely useless if you have a media player that you are trying to use. They want you to buy their keyboard. Why would I want to buy another keyboard when I have a tablet? Getting greedy.

Replaced four separate remotes and operational sequences with one cool looking remote. Now, watching TV, watching Apple TV, listening to Sonos or watching a DVD is just one push of a button! I found it easy to set up.

Since the last update, the app doesnt open anymore... I wander to switch back to the previous version but I dont know how to do it...

Logitech people, its time to put your butts back on the seats and try (if you can) to make the app work with iOS 8 (it doesnt now, as you know). Having the possibility to customize buttons layout wouldnt be bad either. Stop resting and start working, please. Have a nice day.

Im moving from one of the older remotes and am finding some of the customization limiting. 2 things missing that I was able to do with my old Harmony remote: When I turn off an activity, have the ability to leave one of the devices on. My WD TV Live takes about 30 seconds to turn on and so its a pain to turn it off and on. I setup the old remote to just leave it on, which was fine. The other thing I need is the ability to add another command to the turn on sequence that changes the input on one of the devices. For some reason all of the Input commands are missing from the dropdown of available commands for each device. Why? Anyway, would be nice to have these features added back into this. Thanks!

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Maybe I downloaded after they fixed all the issues. Works like a charm for me ... Currently running 4 activities on 7 different devices.

It was easy to set up my harmony hub and remote with this app, no computer was necessary. I was impressed by how much I could program the activities, such as I programmed it to open PlayStation Vue and Netflix on my PS3 so I can turn it on and open them with one button press. You can also program it to turn devices off or leave them running when exiting an activity. And its smart enough to leave your tv and sound system on if you switch to another activity that uses them. I wouldnt recommend the app be used as the sole remote. Tvs accept even more commands then the remotes they ship with have buttons for, and the app has a button for all of them which leads to a cluttered and confusing layout. Made worse by the fact that there are thousands of televisions and 3 different sized screens on iPhones means some show more buttons on a page then others. Its impossible to optimize all of them. I dont believe its possible to edit the layout to put the important commands on the first page, which is the only suggestion I would make for the app.

I would never buy a Logitech remote again. I spend hours every month trying to get it back in working order. It works fine until something gets out of sync, then have fun!!!!!

they have their own supporter forums that are watched be logitech themselves. if enough people report that the latest version is useless then they will address it. I had a similar problem with their logitech link hub and app. go to forums DOT logitech DOT com create a new thread in the Harmony Home Control area and tell them the current iOS update and made their app useless.
