Sad to say that this app is horrible on my new ipad pro 9.7, but runs fine on my iphone. Its very laggy, it freezes every time, and the layout is total crap. No wheel, no touch pad, no portrait view, just a bunch of buttons crammed next to each other. Fix this please, I didnt spend $250 on a remote where the software, in which it relies on, is broken.

Fails to approximate an actual remote. Heck, one would think that for an "activity" pre-named "smart tv" the activity would include buttons to navigate the Smart TV (e.g., media, Amazon, YouTube, etc...). The current version of app cannot even communicate with myharmony.com to setup favorites.

It appears this app was not QA tested with an iPhone 7. I tried "Set up a New Hub on my iPhone 7 and got the error "Unable to connect to Wi-Fi." I then installed the Harmony app and ran "Set Up New Hub." It was able to connect to Wi-Fi on my iPad Air 2. Please fix Set Up New Hub on iPhone 7.

Update 2/2/17. Why is development so stagnant? Why cant I reorder devices buttons? So disappointed. Attempting to control a simple Integra receiver is a laughable event. If I want to enter Setup, I have to scroll to page 4, then back a couple pages to the up/down buttons. Its ridiculous.

You basically cant open the app menu or access the device drawer on the right. App is essentially unusable... and its making my harmony hub unusable as a result.

I love harmony. I have 3 hubs at home one for each room. Please improve the app so working with multiple hubs is more intuitive. What I am missing is: 1 - Indication which hub Im controlling 2 - Switch to a different hub straight from main screen instead of menu 3 - Ability switch hubs in today widget

I would give this app five stars if you guys add an Apple Watch extension on the Apple Watch for this Harmony app

Huge fan of harmony products here but this software is truly the worst. It is incredibly slow. And it is incredibly non-intuitive. And seriously harmony when are you going to add Apple Watch support? Like seriously its been years and there has been no feedback from the dev team. We need Apple Watch support ASAP

I have tried many times to clear the notification on my iPhone for the keyboard after searching for something on my Apple TV. The notification for the keyboard on my iPhone will not go away.

Cant logout of this stupid app nor change the email for login. Now in infinite loop.

Would be great if things were up to speed on new iOS features. Siri integration!!! 3D Touch for iPhones 6s and above.

Freezes.... crashes...some times just doesnt work

Since the last update, when trying to edit activities it updates se account info and stalls at 25% progress. Impossible to find a work around. I hope they fix this ASAP.

The harmony app for your mobile devise is a great idea, however is the most dysfunctional app i have. It freezes on every mobile devise i own with no updates to fix the issue. I own a harmony remote as well that works well. I advise buy the remote because the controller app for your mobile devise is a constant dysfunctional frustration. Its not worth your time to down load the app. Buy the remote if you choose to try harmony.

Had the app for a couple months now and its mind boggling why so many features either dont work or have certain caveats that make it unusable. For example, why cant users insert a delay anywhere in the sequence, I have my power strip connected so that when my TV is off so is everything else. This means I need a delay build in so that the stereo and other devices can get power to receive their ON command. Another problem is the app is completely unintuitive. You have to click through terrible edit menus just to update an activity. The connectivity and concept are great but this app needs a ground up reboot with some serious engineers. It looks like it was built as an afterthought.

Tanks for the update and for solving several issues but I am always unable to setup a configuration of my Philips Hue for an activity. I am forced to control "manually" the settings of the Hue after I have launched the activity. Its normaly possible to do it, no ?

With the IOS8 te system is slow a lot.

Harmony remains the best universal smart remote especially now with the Hub product which is quite affordable now. It works with even the most esoteric setups like mine with an HDMI hub and BluRay. Glitches occur from time to time with analog remote devices but Harmony lets you tweak timings to get things working 95% of the time - not perfect but better than the alternative!
