Great idea and the fixes are making it better

I asked and you delivered!!! Thank you for integrating Insteon and Ecobee! My home theatre is now fully automated through your remote and it works perfectly. The PS4 support is great however its still buggy. While watching a blue ray, none of the buttons for pause, play, Ff, rw work properly. But still a step in the right direction! Please give ultimate home remote the ability to move the cursor on a media PC (its connected by BT to the computer so it definitely can).

Frequent disconnects

After the most recent update the app seems to frequently lose connectivity with the hub during use and then sometimes will not re-connect. Not sure if it is the hub firmware or the app. Makes the app unusable though. The physical remote works flawlessly.

App not connecting with Hub

Have had a Hub for a number of months now and initially had no problem connecting with the hub. Sometime during your app updates though we could no longer connect with the app. It searches and searches and cannot find it. Yes I have tried your fixes on the support site. Would love to be able to continue to use the app for other in home connections but with no app kinda of useless when we have to use our tv remote again.

Almost 5....

Love it! Replaced a wifi app remote system with three of the hubs and it has worked perfectly since! Id give it 5 if there was just a little more one could do as far as customization goes in the app. For those who complain about disconnecting, trouble shoot it. Could be one of many things in your network. I highly recommend.

IOS 9 Support Needed

Since the IOS 9 update iPad version no longer connects to hub even after re-enterring logon and password info. iPhone version works fine.

Just Love It! Add Apple Watch Support

Works great with the link and is the way to do the whole remote thing. Apple Watch support for some basics should be possible. Would love that too!

Sometimes works...

Sometimes, it works... Once in a while... Most if the time, it tries to connect, tries again, a little longer, and wait, and wait, and oops no connection, try again, and wait, and wait... Pathetic.

Its ok... Recent upgrade messed up "upgrade hub"

Their scripting messed up in the settings portion. Updating the hub now brings you to device settings (i.e sync, etc) rather than actually updating the hub.

Most recent upgrade prevents LAN connection

The most recent upgrade causes the app to connect to hub via the cloud and not the LAN. So controls are drastically delayed depending on network lag it takes for the signal to go up to cloud and back.

Good, useful app

App does what its supposed to with lots of customization options on the hub, remote and devices. Well done and keep it up!

Cant believe it

Another update where no connection is made to hub. The app is completely unusable after all updates are made in hub and remote.

Keeps breaking with each update!

Fire the programmers! Spelling - "conneciton" oh brother. Setup is now cumbersome. They have killed the desktop app now. I have 3 hubs and Im upset!

Very impressive. Works like a charm!

Wow. I bought a Harmony Smart keyboard and hub. It imported all my device settings and activities from my older harmony remote and worked flawlessly. I can say it took all but 2 min and everything was setup already, updated the firmware, etc. All I did was plugin the hub and logged in to my (free) Logitech account from my iPhone and that was it! Very powerful app to control all your devices. It also remembers the setting so when my wife uses her iPhone or tablet, it doesnt mess the order.

Last update made app very unresponsive

App used to work great. Last update and I cant even type numbers on the keypad. Only 1 out of every 4 or 5 keystrokes registers. Please test your software before releasing.

Great for knowledgeable users

This app has had its issues over the years but where its at now is wonderful. The widget functionality is amazing and so long as you do some extra work to get it all set up right for you (moving buttons around, tweaking startup and shutdown settings) it does as advertised. In saying that, its also easier to set up use than the older generations of Harmony remotes. The Hue stuff is working a bit better - the app asked to import my presets - but you still cant assign those presets to an activity. I get the feeling that will come in time. More customization beyond light and dark modes would be nice but the fact I can use my phone (bundled with the Hub) as a full-fledged universal remote is pretty remarkable when you think of it.

Good app, buttons too small

Good app. I have 2 hubs and it works well. The last update shrunk the buttons and I dont like it. Change it back please.

Favourites in only one activity

Its weird why I cant have the same favourites in different activities... This issue was reported in 2013 I think... Its very bad to have to look for the channels because I cant use the same I did for another activity... Disgusting

No portrait mode on iPad!?

App is okay but seriously no portrait mode for iPad!? Thats very weak.
