Avoid. Logitech should be ashamed.

Ive had every version of this product and the software is simply terrible. Every new release brings fresh frustration. Currently there are huge, mysterious delays where the app just seems to lock up. I’m actively looking for alternatives.

Constantly disconnects

Frustrating. This is once again another garbage update . I am getting lost connection frequently now . Never had this before . The Engineering monkeys! Update -6/20 This app has rendered the hub fairly useless. App hangs ,buttons dont work or work late driving my amp to a volume level I dont want . This app has ruined the hubs functionality. Dont waste your time buying the hub . Look for alternatives . I will be . Update 6/28 - this update freezes a lot with no response to the hub . Then you hit a volume button fast and it works driving the tv or amp up to unacceptable levels .I find myself more and more just getting up from my seat to change the volume . I may have to go to the regular remotes for each device as the hub has become very inconsistent .this latest update has also reduced the omnidirectional capability of the hub .I have had to move the hub closer to the devices for it to work These engineers should be canned and new ones that know how to code put in their place .This app used to work great but no more Another 2016 update another garbage heap

Sooooo slow

A decent idea, remarkably poorly executed. Waiting for the app to connect to the hub over a very fast wifi network is unbearably time consuming. Kills the usefulness. Also, troubleshooting functionality, a critical feature in the Harmony line, is missing.

Better but far off

The software is getting better but: 1. Needs to support Portrait view on iPads

Terrible

Seriously? Forget the disconnects and all of the other frustrations, just look at the terrible remote layout. My 12 year old laughed it is so bad, How volume up lands on page 3 and volume down lands on page 4 on the device interface is ignorant design to say the least. Its software people, you dont have to pay an artist and make molds then cast the stupid thing, how hard is it? My only regret is that I have to give it 1 star to post this....

Nothing like it

I have two hubs setup and integrated with Alexa and Vera. Works as advertised, from looking at other reviews lots of problems stem from incorrect setup. I only use this app occasionally when too lazy to get the physical remotes. If you are trying to use this app as an exclusive remote then you are doing it wrong!

Ugh!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Freezes more than half of the time. I hate having to use this when my remote is charging. Not happy!

It takes a little support

Getting going can be a bit frustrating. I could not get the Harmony Control to work with my Dish Network Hopper. I checked the community forum and found the problem. I called support and received excellent service. They made an adjustment to the Dish Hopper and all is well. I use my iPhone as the remote. My iPad also works and in that format all controls are on one screen. There are four screens on the IPhone.be sure to use their support. It was great.
