This product is a huge waste of money. If they would go back to the old app, we would be much better off. The current one is awful. Please, Logitech, get rid of whoever created this trash, and hire some competent people. To make matters worse, the mac app just drained my macbook’s battery in about 20 minutes. I wasn’t even using it, but according the monitor app, it used up pretty much all of the power in my macbook, while doing nothing. I guess incompetence at Logitech is not limited to the mobile team.
Today I see a new SW update come out with some great iPhone stuff, but I cant believe no Apple Watch! Ive had my watch for over a week and half and having Harmony on my watch would be a killer app and the the envy of the remote-ing industry! Looking for the next update, hopefully in the next release. Toronto Harmony user since the old days when it was Canadian !
This is a good product for me. Some folks have problems but it has worked well for me. It needs lots of tweaking and I have had harmony remotes for many years. All and all its a great product. Too expensive though. I have an iPhone 6+ and it works fine. Once and a while it wont connect right away. I just cancel the connection and connect again. Works every time.
Since last hub upgrade, my hub or remote no longer works. Also been waiting on cloud functionality since November as promised in an in-app upgrade. Logitech you are losing customers - very poor support!!
Updated my software and now nothing will work!!!! Brutal
I applied this update and now the activities on my remote dont work. The activities also fail using the app. I have to start and control each device individually and only using the app... Sigh... Never should have applied it.
This app keeping disconect from wifi... The last version was another problem... Please fix bug before add feature :/
App was working fine until a few days ago when I updated...I am so tired of clearly untested crap being released and letting the first users be the testers...wifi drops, hub is often not found...

Updated and now I have nothing but problems with the app freezing up and disconnecting from the Wi-Fi. Not impressed

Unfortunately the app was upgraded automatically and since then the TV is no longer activated/deactivated when I use the set activities. Everything else seems to work fine.
There is no Apple watch compatibility. Having Apple watch compatibility would save me countless inconvenient trips to get up and access the remote. I would love Apple watch compatibility. Sincerely, a lazy remoteless man.
New version has constant problems connecting to wifi. Other apps connect fine. As I see I am not the only one, I assume there was a glitch introduced in the current upgrade. App is good when it works.
E2010:Hub sync fails. E4013: failed to validate access policy. Factory restore returns me to this loop above.
Since last update, which ironically says "fix crash", keeps crashing when opening.
Always enjoyed this app but since the last update it has not worked well. The keyboard no longer connects or does not work when it does. Buttons that use to work such as page up or down no longer work. I hope they fix this soon as it is getting very frustrating.
This app is said to be working with the Harmony Link which is absolutely not true! Please either update app description it add support for the Harmony Link
