Lousy remote! Lousy company and support!

If you cant get things work first time, do yourself a favour and return it. Dont waste your time asking for support, or searching their community forums .... or youre going to lose a lot of hair!

AND, if you are a proud owner of more than one Apple TV 4, do not even bother!

UPDATE: At last, someone has come up a solution to set us free from Logitech once and for all: "Sevenhugs Smart Remote" <-- Bing it!

UPDATE 2: The Mother of All Battery Suckers! Just to confirm ... reboot iPhone 6s Plus .... do nothing else but launching Harmony app ... close it ... give it a few hours without doing anything else with iPhone ... check the battery status .... it shows Harmony sucked up 53% of battery!!
