Its been well over a year... wheres the Apple Watch app?

Seems like an update providing support for the Apple Watch is a no-brainer. If I dont have the remote nearby, and I have an Apple Watch -- Id be more likely to go to the Apple Watch to control the TV than the iPhone. Please deliver in 2017!
