Very Amateur Look; Missing Key Features

When a first downloaded the app and launched it, I was taken back that it looked so amateurish. I even went back to check iTunes to see that I downloaded the official Harmony app. Why cant the developers create GUI buttons. The lack of graphics is so disappointing! Also, why no keyboard. My smart tv has a web browser. Yet app has no keyboard. It would be an easy add on. Finally, let us customize the look and feel of the remote.

Great idea! Too bad the app is so poorly done.
